The targets

The Nuckle was designed to target 3 different areas: neck, pec minor and upper trap.

3 widths

The 3 widths are designed for the 3 sets of suboccipital muscles that are different distances from the center of the spine. Each muscle gets targeted independently in a way no tennis ball can achieve, an essential feature that ensures no muscle falls through the cracks.

2 point mirrored tips

2 point mirrored tips allow for the neck to relax, and distribute pressure equally over both tips, allowing the user to choose more pressure on one side with a simple nod or turn of the head. The other 4 tips on the ground hold the tool stationary for prolonged pressure.

The cradle

The balance feature cradles the head for integrating release like a skilled practitioner would in session (smallest pair of points on the ground) when flipped into position.

Specs & Tech

The clinical design of the Nuckle allows for isolation of critical muscles, whereas other tools are too large, too round, or have the incorrect shape or angle. Its scale and design also allows for the application of deep pressure without secondary tools or assistance. You finally have the power to heal yourself.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Nuckle differ from other neck release tools?

Many other tools on the market have pressure points that are too wide or too round, so they lack the ability to provide firm, precise pressure to the smaller, deeper muscles at the base of the skull.

The Nuckle was anatomically designed by a physical therapist for the shape of your neck. Its three sets of tips of different widths and angles allow you to isolate these key muscles and apply therapeutic pressure where you need it most.

Where else on my body can I use the Nuckle?

The Nuckle was designed to target 3 key muscles responsible for issues around the head, neck, chest, and shoulders – the suboccipitals, pec minor, and upper traps. Relaxed muscles in these 3 spots results in resolution of pain and stress to the nervous system.

Can’t I just use a lacrosse ball or a peanut?

No. Round shapes cannot apply direct, precise pressure to deeper muscles that are causing your pain. The Nuckle doesn’t roll, has an appropriate size, and is shaped to pinpoint each muscle for best results.

The patent-pending design of the Nuckle allows for firm, direct, and precise pressure to each of the suboccipital muscles that line the width of the base of your skull. Its tips can also penetrate the pecs and upper traps significantly better than a ball.

Once you try it, you will find that its design is able to target your tight muscles in a way that no ball or other self release technique or tool can.

Will the Nuckle help my issue?

Tension in the suboccipitals, pec minor, and upper trap muscles can have a huge impact on the posture and alignment of your upper body, as well as brain function and your response to stress.

The Nuckle has helped thousands of people overcome:

- Neck pain
- Headaches
- Migraines
- Shoulder pain
- Rounded shoulders
- Forward head posture
- Upper back pain
- Jaw pain
- Rotator cuff pain
- Chronic stress
