We love our products, and we think you will too! But just in case you don’t, our returnable products (see Returnable Products below for the list) come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Free returns, no restocking fee. It is our intention to give you enough time to test out your product and make sure that it is right for you. The eligible return period begins on the day that you actually receive your package in the mail and ends 60 days from the day your order was delivered.
We recommend trying out our products for at least 30 days, as it can take some time for your muscles to get used to the pressure, especially if this is an area of your body that hasn’t received attention before! Remember: happy muscles don’t hurt. Releasing deeper muscles can be like learning a new skill: at first, it might be challenging to find the right spots and the right amount of pressure for your body. With continued patience and practice, you'll get the hang of it!

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in “like-new” condition and in the original packaging. Returnable products that are damaged, not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable. We will not accept refunds or exchanges for your product sent without an RMA number and your proof of purchase. Additionally, if greater than 60 days have gone by since your returnable product was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return package is received, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned package. Once processed, we’ll send you an email letting you know if your return was accepted along with your refund notification. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your product arrives back to our facility for quality assessment and refund processing. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If your product is returned to us due to failed delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a new package or refund.
We cannot be responsible for misshipments if the shipping address provided was entered incorrectly or provided incorrectly by the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the new package (subject to a minimum reshipment fee of $10). Reach out to us at email@example.com to request a new package or refund.
The warranty obligations of Aletha Inc. for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:
What is covered
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of this product for one (1) calendar year from the date of original purchase.
Who is covered
Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.
What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges or other acts of nature.Aletha Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of use of this product, or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damage incurred by the customer or other users.
Repair or replacement
Aletha Inc. will, as its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty: Repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable person of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labor to complete the repair and/or restore this product to its proper operating condition. Aletha Inc. will also pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete. Replace this product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by Aletha Inc. to perform substantially the same effect.
Activate your limited warranty
To obtain a remedy under this limited warranty: Contact Aletha Inc. at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please follow the instructions in the email response including: Return the pre-authorized affected product, using the prepaid return documents provided by Aletha Inc. to the designated shipping provider within 7 business days. Include in this package a short, detailed description of the problem, along with the name and phone number of the contact person, and a copy of the original bill of sale, your credit card receipt, or any other documentation on the proof of purchase. This product should be properly packed for shipping, preferably in the original carton.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this limited warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, Aletha Inc. specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Aletha Inc. cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then all implied warranties covering this product, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to this product as provided under applicable law. If any product to which this limited warranty applies is a “consumer product” under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C.A. §2301 ET SEQ.) or other applicable law, the foregoing disclaimer of implied warranties on this product, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for the particular purpose, shall apply as provided under applicable law.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country or state to state. This limited warranty is void if: (i) the product has been opened and or tampered with by someone other than an authorized Aletha Inc. service provider (ii) the product has sustained water damage, other accidental or intentional damage, or been misused or abused, (iii) the product is not distributed by Aletha Inc. or (iv) this product is not purchased from an authorized Aletha Inc. reseller.
If the above terms and conditions are not acceptable, simply return the product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
